What is Included in the Registration Fee?

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all keynote lectures, technical sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and conference activities;
• Conference materials and digital proceedings;
• Daily coffee breaks throughout the conference;
• Lunch during conference days;
• Welcome reception and networking activities;
• Conference Dinner;
• Certificate of participation and presentation (when applicable).

Please note that registration fees do not include accommodation, transportation, visa expenses, travel insurance, airport transfers, or any other personal expenses.

Registration fees must be paid in Brazilian Reais (BRL).

Submission of Proof of Payment

To facilitate payment verification, please use the following format in the email subject line:

Subject: Registration Payment – [Paper ID] – [Participant Full Name]

Example:
Registration Payment – IDEAS2026-145 – Maria Silva

The email should include:

• Full name of the participant;
• Paper ID (if applicable);
• Title of the paper (if applicable);
• Registration category (Student or Faculty/Researcher/Professional);
• Proof of payment attached (PDF or image format).

Registration will only be confirmed after payment verification by the Conference Secretariat.

Participants attending the conference without an accepted paper should use the following subject line:

Subject: Registration Payment – Participant – [Full Name]

Example:
Registration Payment – Participant – John Smith

Accompanying persons should use:

Subject: Registration Payment – Accompanying Person – [ID Full Name]

Example:
Registration Payment – Accompanying Person – John Smith - accompanying ID145 – Maria Silva

Registrations will only be confirmed after payment verification by the Conference Secretariat.

Please allow up to five business days for payment verification and registration confirmation.

Participants are responsible for any bank transfer fees, exchange rate costs, or charges imposed by financial institutions.

Registration Policy

Registration is personal and non-transferable.

Each registration is valid for one participant only and covers the presentation of one accepted paper. Co-authors wishing to attend the conference must register separately.

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by the applicable deadline to ensure inclusion of the paper in the final conference program and Springer proceedings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The conference incurs significant advance commitments and contractual obligations related to venue rental, catering services, conference materials, publication costs, technical infrastructure, and social events. For this reason, the refund policy is necessarily strict.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

• Cancellation requests received on or before September 08, 2026 (Early Bird deadline): 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
• Cancellation requests received after September 08, 2026: no refund will be provided.

No refunds will be granted for:

• No-shows;
• Travel disruptions or transportation delays;
• Visa denials;
• Personal emergencies;
• Schedule conflicts;
• Illness or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers;
• Unused portions of the registration package.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed after the conference and may be subject to administrative and banking fees.

Participant substitutions may be accepted until October 15, 2026, subject to prior written approval by the Conference Secretariat.

Important Information

Student registration requires proof of current enrollment and student status.

All fees are charged in Brazilian Reais (BRL).

The conference organizers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the program, schedule, speakers, venue arrangements, or social activities if necessary.

By completing registration, participants acknowledge and accept all conference registration, cancellation, and refund policies.
